~ Shipping Policy~
   As with all of our products, each item is individually made on a per order basis. The glue and finish has to be completely dry and the quality checked before the spindles can be shipped out.                      
       Most order ship within a few days, but I am a one woman business, and sometimes, if it is a time of high demand, I can run as much as a week behind, and occasionally, wait lists can be as long as 2 weeks.
      But be assured I am pedaling as fast as I can. If you are in a great hurry for a special reason, like a birthday, please email and I will try my best to accommodate your need for speed.
  • I ship USPS priority mail within the US, and you will be notified at time of shipment with a tracking number.
  • Overseas and International orders (please read)
    For Overseas Customers:
     Postage pricing is for first class, because of the high cost of international priority. If you need priority postage overseas, just contact me.
    And don't forget...
    CUSTOMS FEES !!
    Please be aware that the buyer will be responsible for any customs or import fees that are added on by their country, and may want to check into this, as each countries fees may vary. I have no control over this, and as much as I would like to, I can not break the law and mark an item as a gift if it is not. Our postal service watches this very closely.

    Please be aware that if your purchase is over the UK limit of £15 (about $23) you will probably be liable to 20% VAT and £8 handling charge before your package can be delivered. (or whatever the current situaton is)
    These duties & taxes are set by the UK Government. The handling fee is charged by Royal Mail on ALL parcels handled by themselves or Parcel Force that attract import taxes, and it is non-avoidable and non-negotiable. There is nothing I, as a seller, can do to avoid either charge.

    (Don't forget, if you are a first time Spindolyn owner, you will have to order both a base and a spindle to make a complete spindolyn.)

~ Satisfaction Policy~
I want your experience with the spindolyn to be a happy one. If something goes awry (wrong spindle shipped, defective, whatever, even though I really try very hard, perfection in this lifetime is not going to happen for me)  I will be happy to exchange or replace your spindle for the correct model or refund your money (including postage) if you choose to return it.
 If you return it because you decide spinning is jut not for you, I will also refund your money. (not including postage)
In addition, I will be happy to give you spinning tips to help you get over the hump of learning, just give me holler.
   
~Repairs~
As part if the happy spinner policy, you may mail your spindolyn to me for repair, cleaning and tweaking. If it has come unglued (which very rarely, but does occasionally happen) I will repair it,  no charge, and even pay return postage back to you. If the repair is due to someone sitting or stepping on it, you will have to pay the return postage back to you.
If you can't part with it for repair, contact me and I may be able to talk you through what is necessary.
